Event Liability Insurance
RVNA Event Liability insurance is an insurance policy designed to provide protection for situations in which an event holder or concessionaire must defend itself against lawsuits or pay damages for bodily injury or property damage to third parties. Host Liquor Liability is included. This policy may also provide protection to the venue and or sponsors of the event by adding them to the policy as an Additional Insured, when required.

Event Cancellation Insurance
RVNA Event Cancellation Insurance will protect your event investment against snowstorms, strikes, earthquakes and other catastrophes. While Liability Insurance covers you if someone gets injured at your event location it won't help you recoup lost profits or expenses if the venue burns down. Event Cancellation covers perils that are
beyond your control.

Weather Insurance
Weather insurance covers your event for any rainfall or snowfall up to the limits and duration you select. Using our online system you will select options including the limit of coverage, the day and times of your event, and the amount of rainfall and/or snowfall.

Your venue may require Proof of Insurance and to be named as an Additional Insured on your RVNA Event Liability Insurance policy. When you purchase RVNA Special Event Insurance, a Certificate of Insurance and an Additional Insured endorsement will be issued. We allow you to conveniently customize the certificate with the venue's name and location online. Manage your policy to add an Additional Insured.
