Our event insurance is underwritten by different carriers depending on the policy.
Our Event Liability Insurance is underwritten by Western Heritage Insurance Company. Western Heritage Insurance Company has earned an A.M. Best Rating of A+XV (superior) and is backed by Nationwide, one of the largest insurance and financial services providers in the United States.
Commerce and Industry Insurance Company is the underwriter for the Weather Insurance policy. Commerce and Industry Insurance Company is a subsidiary of Chartis. All are "A" rated insurance carriers.

When you purchase a policy, you are prompted to print your documents immediately. In addition, you will instantly receive an e-mail with all documents attached in PDF format. You can also log in to your account anytime to view policy details.
All changes to your policy must be requested in writing. Please e-mail requested changes to customercare@specialeventinsurance.com. Once we receive your request, we will process the change. Once the change is complete, you will receive an e-mail with a change endorsement and corrected documents.
We understand that emergencies occur. For these reasons, if your request to cancel is provided in writing 48 hours prior to the covered event, we will provide a full policy refund. Please send all requests to customercare@specialeventinsurance.com and include your policy number, insured name and date of covered event.
The policy includes a $2,500 Property Damage deductible.
To report a claim, call our office at 1-800-364-2433 between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5 PM Pacific Standard Time. A representative will assist you with filing your claim.
